Gourdkins

We have been transitioning over to fall - big time! New stuff has been coming in like fall pod and stick assortments, leaves, garlands, potpourris, table linens, dishes, gourds... and these cute little gourdkins. Adorable - don't you need several? Also, take note of the antique dough bowls, patched with copper, in which they are displayed. We think they are pretty cool, too. And, just another little tidbit - the wooden bench is from the industrial arts class of the Otranto, Iowa, high school (from around the 1930's). My Grandma Moore was a teacher there. She taught her own kids and later would teach her grandkids, including me, at Carpenter, Iowa.
